Ben Larson
Wisconsin Certified Appraiser
Ben is a graduate of UW-Stout with a double major in Real Estate and Property Management. He has also attended courses at numerous universities, including the University of Chicago and the University of Minnesota. Ben is a Wisconsin Certified Appraiser and performs valuation services including Project Data Books, Sales Studies, and Appraisals. He assists our real estate negotiation team as well.
Ben has worked in real estate for almost 20 years and spent 13 years as an appraiser at J.C. Norby & Associates in Eau Claire, WI. During this time, he performed thousands of appraisals, real estate negotiations, and sales studies for residential, commercial, industrial, condemnation projects, and vacant land. Ben is a member of the International Right of Way Association.
Ben is from Strum, WI and now lives in Eau Claire, WI. Ben is an avid outdoorsman and sports nut. He enjoys watching almost all sporting events and is a huge Wisconsin sports fan. In the fall, Ben can be found hunting, specifically bow hunting for Whitetail.
