Real Estate Negotiation Assistant
After spending 15 years as a stay-at-home/homeschooling mom, Kati reentered the workforce accepting a position within the Mayo Heath Care System. After a few years, she took a position at Marten Transportation as a Logistics coordinator until accepting her position with Jewell Associates. Specific tasks that she assists with is putting together offer packages to owners, preparing sales studies, creating check packages to owners, following up with owners as well as joining along on owner meetings. She is planning to become a WisDOT LPA Staff Negotiator.
Kati was born and raised in Menomonie, WI, and currently resides in Mondovi, WI. When Kati is not running to dance rehearsals, competitions or any of the other various activities her 11 yr old daughter, Lila, is involved in, she enjoys hanging out with her son (Vaughn) and daughter traveling & exploring new locations everywhere and as often as possible. When not hanging out with her kiddos, she can usually be found with friends and family laughing and spending time outdoors. She loves spending time on any lake, hiking, sightseeing, or the occasional Harley ride (when she can squeeze it in). Kati spends time training her hound dogs, Ida and Squeaks, for bear and coyote hunting. After all that fresh air, Kati gets to come home to snuggle up with her family’s two cats, Miss Elizabeth and Magnolia.
